GeoDin strategic partnership with Autodesk leads to many innovations

As a strategic partner of Autodesk, GeoDin was pleased to be showcased alongside industry giants like ESRI. Our presence at the summit highlighted our commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions to integrate geotechnical data into Civil 3D designs.

We were pleased to be mentioned by Senior Product Manager from Autodesk, Nigel Peters, alongside the many innovations Autodesk has been working on with respect to Civil 3D. Nigel discussed how the integration of GeoDin with Civil 3D leads to a more unified workflow for engineers and designers throughout the design and construction phase.

“We're thrilled to partner with GeoDin to revolutionize geotechnical data integration within Civil 3D. By seamlessly connecting Geodin's powerful data management capabilities with Civil 3D, we're enabling a unified workflow for geotechnical engineers. This means direct import of boreholes, surfaces, and analytical data, creating a single source of truth."

GeoDin Ground is the first fruit resulted from our partnership with Autodesk. The GeoDin Ground plugin empowers engineers to seamlessly integrate geotechnical data directly into their Civil 3D designs. By bridging the gap between geotechnical and civil engineering, GeoDin Ground enables more informed decision-making and accelerates project delivery.

50+ conversations with attendees highlighted need for gINT alternative

Our dedicated booth served as a hub for attendees to learn about GeoDin and our innovative GeoDin Ground plugin for Civil 3D. We engaged with over 50 industry professionals, including engineers, designers, and project managers, who were eager to understand the benefits of our geodata management software.

The conversations we had with attendees revealed a growing interest in geotechnical data management and the challenges associated with traditional methods. Many expressed concerns about the impending phase-out of gINT and the need for a reliable alternative. We were able to address these concerns by highlighting the advantages of GeoDin over other solutions, such as OpenGround. Our focus on data ownership, accessibility, and ease of use resonated with many attendees.

Continuing bridging the geotechnical data gap between design and construction

The Autodesk Rail Summit 2024 was a significant milestone for GeoDin. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Autodesk and driving innovation in the field of geotechnical engineering, with the intention to bridge the gap between geotechnical data and the engineering design processes. By providing powerful tools like GeoDin Ground, we aim to empower engineers to make informed decisions and build resilient infrastructure.
